Have at last filled all the cracks between planks, inside and out.
It’s made quite a mess as you can see.
I’m toying with the idea of varnishing versus painting the canoe. I‘ll probably varnish it first and then see how bad the cracks look.
For now, the next step is to sand and glass-tape the cracks on the inside to give the joins their tensile strength. Dust mask required!!
